This was Anita's only release on the Cadence label (same as the Everly Brothers) in 1957. As far as I know it's never been re-released, but I was lucky to snag an original copy a few years ago. As far as I'm concerned, she could sing the phone book & sound good!

Fell in love with Anita when I was about 6 years old just from a photo of Maybelle and the girls hanging in my grandparents house. Took years for me to put the voice with the face cause we only had radio! When I put face and voice together, I was totally smitten!

I fell for Anita bout cough, cough years ago. I asked Maybelle for her hand, She called me a dirty scoundrel and literally kicked my skinny ol butt out the front door. Yes Virginia, one time I had a skinny one. So Anita birddogged me fer that Bobby Woolshitson feller. Wasting away and unloved by my beloved, I revolered myself into bliss. If'n I can find any soul to believe this tale, I happen to have a bridge to sell. Up here in Yankee land, we calls it da Stutson Bridge. It lifts.
