@strobey You are right. That is exactly why they went with Paul Rogers.

@MsMercury I think Jeff would have been the perfect choice for the "reformed" Queen but I think they chose Paul Rodgers simply because he's commercially a bigger name. It's a shame because Jeff would have been so much better.

@MsMercury I hear people claim that about their favorite artist on almost every video. "Actually they wanted him to tour with Queen but he turned them down" or "they picked him, but it wasn't their decision". It always turns up to just be something fans came up with.

@SigandGibbs He's not trying to be anything but himself and he is an amazing singer with great respect for Freddie. Brian told Jeff personally that he wanted Jeff but apparantly it wasn't up to Brian I guess.

@MsMercury Well aren't you intolerable. There's a thing called an opinion, its not taken as fact. And no, I would rather hear Paul putting a new spin on Queen tunes, than some hair metal singer trying and failing to be as good as Freddie
