He is 46 years old and a very good, intelligent driver I think. This VW T1 Bus was built all by himself, it took him 6 years!
What would you do if you overtake a Porsche with a BUS that took you 3000 hours to build? Man, I would do exactly the same as he did!
Hi didn't cheer because he could "scare" the porsche driver off-track. This was just pure joy!

It looks to me like the Porsche driver simply did the classic "lift-off too-much" thing. This is a common mistake in cars with a rearward weight bias. I don't think he was scared at all. If anything, it probably scared the bus driver because the Porsche could have ended up causing an accident with the bus.
