I've been playing foosball for roughly a year now, and my 5-row is doing pretty well, however, my shot could be better. In the video, I included all of my shots from a match. Please tell me what I should work on technique-wise to get where I need to be.

  • I meant "holes".

  • From what I've seen, your percentage of actually hitting the wholes is way too low. Do you recoil the shot to square it out?

  • Your shot is good enough...but your timing is not :) Try to shoot your snakes after 7-10 sec and watching for obviouse holes. Then fake him and see where he jumps and use the same fake one or 2 shots later as you know where he is jumping :) That's all, you just need to play more real games and get more experience (otherwise your snake is good).

  • Well, you might want to slow your lateral speed down on the rod. Looks like your motion is faster than the ball when going on the push side. Seems like your trying to go super deep on the corners with it. If you concentrate on getting it to the corners rather than "dead-barring" it...you'll be ok. Over all your game is good...just take more time and slow your shot down.
