Wunderschöne Bilder, superkrass!

i like it, the scenery the weather and everything but i don't understand how it's to do with pure love ?
-
sinnfrei, langweilig würd ichs beschreiben und mit Liebe hat es auch nicht viel zu tun...
-
boring ...

How was this about love? People killed themselves. I didn't see anything about love.

Honestly? That was a waste of my 8 minutes. I get really into short films, and I was hoping this one would be cute and romantic or really interesting or something, but it was nothing, absolutely nothing happened until the kid got shot which was at the end.

this is very, very good. i added it to my favorites about halfway through.
ive been on a writing slump lately for my junior film but this has completely inspired me.
very well done.

Wow ! Very cool ! This short movie actually inspires me to start filming too. I see you've bought a XL-2 ? I might get something similar. Did you follow any workshops or lessons ?

I've never visited any workshops but I wouldn't recommend them either, I think learning by doing works best. It takes time to reflect on your own work and change your techniques but the end result is your personal style, without the textbook :)
This specific film wasn't shot on XL2 but on a cheap 100$ (by now) camcorder btw.

what did you do at 5:40 the color of the video jumped... kinda...

LOL I see. Honestly, I don't remember. I may have looped the sequence to make it longer and the "jump" could have been caused by a moving cloud shadow... it's a weird effect after all :D

The shots were amazing, the music was perfect (28 Days Later or am I mistaken?) and the ending was...a suprise and I'm not sure if it was a pleasant one, if you know what I mean. :)
Anyway, a huge compliment, this short flick is the bomb.

You are right, it's a track that also appears on the 28 Days Later-Score and that originally is by Brian Eno. The Second one is "Quino Phec" by Polygone Window aka Aphex Twin...a much more brilliant piece imo ;)
