Karen, Shan, Kachin and other ethnic rebls started the WAR. Check out the history this has been going on since more than 50 years ago. If the rebels give up, the killings will stop. Because sometimes rebels disguise themselves as villgers and attack ths soldiers and report news about the soldiers. Sorry to say this but this is FACT
