Mike Albert - "Funny How Time Slips Away"

Elvis tribute artist, Mike Albert, performs "Funny How Time Slips Away" at the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA on January 22, 2011. This was part of the Elvis's Birthday Bash show in which Mike performs with Scot Brucie, another Elvis tribute artist.

Mike performs this song because of a special request from an 81 year old lady in the audience. He sings the song to her and it makes for a poignant moment.

Awesome chose in song, I'd probably pick a song like that, or maybe "Early Morning Rain," for his to sing, lol. I love how he picked out her new lover out of the crowd, what a match maker Mick is, lol. Love how he then goes and pretends to take back the scarf since she and the guy looked happy enough together, lmaf. But he is such a sweetheart for singing that for one of his supper fans. I put a thumbs up on the video and favorite it as well.

@allisonthecat That guy in the audience made an appearence earlier in the concert....that's why the audience laughs. Watch my video, "Are you Lonesome Tonight" and you'll see that same guy. Mike was making a joke by bringing him up again.

Thats our Mike. He always said that he wanted to do what only Elvis could dream of doing. That is to be able to mingle with the audience and have fun with them. His shows always go gy sooooo fast. So yes, Ain't it funny how time slips away.
