Land Rover/Jaguar are NOT owned by Ford anymore. they were sold back in 2007 to Tata Motors in India.

um the only car from Land Rover/Jaguar that's still built on a Ford platform is the LR2, which is the Escape platform. that's all. don't bring up the Jaguar X-type, because that car is dead. they discontinued it a few months ago. all other cars from both were developed by Land Rover and Jaguar themselves.
any proof to say otherwise?
