Two aboriginal teenage girls went missing from Maniwaki, Quebec, in the fall of 2008. Maisy Odjick and Shannon Alexander, last seen September 6, are two of more than 500 missing or murdered aboriginal women in the Sisters in Spirit database, a initiative spearheaded by the Native Women's Association of Canada. This short documentary looks at the struggle of one woman, Maisy's mom, to bring attention to the disappearances.
