TRANSCRIPT FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED
--------------------------------------------------------------
Are you ready to get punched in the face with fitness? Then step into the fires of the Ab Lab, with the Absmith and prepare to be Abdominated.

Dolce and Gabbana called.

They said youre wearing your shirts too large.

Actually, no, it was AHNOLD that called.

He said its not that your shirts are too HUGE, its just that your biceps are too small.

So get with the program sucka!

And lets turn those biceps into FLYceps.

On the multi-station pulley apparatus, raise the pulleys to their highest settings.

Start on your knees grasping the stirrup handles in an overhand grip with arms extended upward toward the pulleys at rougly a 45 degree angle.

While alternating arms, curl each arm inward toward your ear, while rotating your grip to the underhand position.

After you perform 10 of these, immediately stand and perform 10 "Arnolds."

With arms extended toward the pulleys, perform 10 more curls as quickly as possible.

This hits slow and fast twitch fibers, hits the bicep at different angles and basically will change your life.

Make sure to buy plenty of extra medium or youth large short sleeve shirts after doing this one for 6 weeks.
