Anyone talking about cruelty to animals are just pathetic. It's natural to eat meat and always has been. The food chain and circle of life is important and if you choose to meddle in stuff like that then you're very foolish. End of the day this is a fucking guinea pig! a useless animal which tastes good and breeds til the cows come home. No chance this species will die out. Also if you notice, it's only the poorer countries who eat them as theres little to eat. Rather live than die. Fools!

this is not a meal for poor people. Originally, the cuy was revered by the Incans for its meat. In fact, I propose that the cuy is a more suitable meal for human consumption than beef or pork.

nice vid there mate.. i wondered if they ate those little guys somewhere on the planet,, not that i will ever eat it,, but you never know.. i can't imagine it's much different from eating a rabbit or chicken or any other "on the ground" animal.. i think 99% of these people on here have isolated themselves into their own culture and forget that norms are different in different cultures,, ie eating guinea pigs.. thanks for posting the vid..
