i didn't know that i can control anything while shooting a video ..
i have a 500d .

@farfooshah1 It's a bit difficult to make manual aperture setting with 500D. You have to disconnect the lens to the body by twist the lens a little counter-clock-wise. There's a trick somewhere about "manual aperture 500D".
