British tabloids have dubbed Prince William's girlfriend Kate Middleton "Waity Katie," criticism for her lack of employment and an engagement ring, reports Sheila MacVicar.

Waity Katie (lol)..ah, love the ring of that.

God! She is such a poser.. The relationship would not bother me if she was working and she didn't try and be the next Diana. The fact that she is not working or at least participating in charity or some sort of community volunteer work shows the public and press she is a gold digger. Diana worked up till her engagement and was no slacker when it came to working. That's why I liked her character.

@marybarton2011 Kate jus goes threw the motions without caring to make a public figure of herself. She is doing what she is suspose to be doing and that is supporting william, being his backbone. Michelle and diana HAD to interact with the media because it was part of there job as the spouses of prince charles and president obama. Then kate was still a private person so she didnt have those responsibilties. But now as williams consort she does.

you know why kate middleton couldn't find a job? because there are a pack of ever persistent paparazzis, quick-flashing cameras and an enormous ruckus whereever she goes. employers wouldn't want to hire someone that would bring that much trouble, would they?
