  • Not streaming. The FLV was pulled from YouTube with VideoDownloader.

I believe Adobe has some issues with the Flash plugin, since disabling hardware acceleration for the flash content does not decrease performance, which means it isn't working at all.

  • Nice Work!. I got the Mplayer, but I don´t know how put the .flv codec & where can be downloaded. Only can play Mpg1 vids & mp3 audio.

    Thanxs a lot!.

  • nod bad for a locally played file i bet one could fashion this into some type of mass video playback system and hook it to your TV like download movies like from netflix or whatever and put em on this. does this support divx and Xvid playback?

  • Have you tried using it with orb network. Orb did help a little with the nokia n800, maybe it will work with the olpc.

by the way I think the video problem may be within the OS itself.

I can't wait to get my, so I can start experiment. First experiment will be Puppy Linux.

  • This isn't streaming video is it?

  • Holy hell that is a lot better quality than the choppy YouTube performance we have been seeing on the G1G1 machines! Thank you for posting this video :)
