The tape has been slowed down which lowers the pitch of his voice & slows everything down making him seem drunk or stoned & unintelligent when in fact he's neither, he's sober & smart. I guess the poster thinks it's funny, though it could also be called a dirty trick.

@ShortFingeredShreder He does smoke Pot. So does Cliff Williams who just got caught within the last couple years (Go Cliff!) He is also a teetotalr, However if You've watched the movie Let there be Rock, from 1979, you'll clearly see Angus drinking beer with his brother, doing interviews. He's Like a Jewish person who eats ham. He's a TeeTotelar, but one that at least "used" to drink.
