Thank you for this lovely tribute to your brother. I am so sad for your loss. Your brother had a great smile and I'm certain that you and your family have his smile and his warmth with you always. We all have to die sometime. It is a shame that he was taken so soon, but he died for something honorable. We don't all get to do that. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. God bless you all.

Thanks, Christie. He will always have a place in ALL of our hearts, in one way or another. Him along with all his fellow fallen heroes those who have gone before him and those who will continue to die with a dream to one day in our lifetime see peace. Eric is not forgotten, nor is he lost.

Thanks man, your words mean alot. It blows me away how people can seem as if they knew him, just seeing this video. And it shocks me that you are absolutely right that he is the kind of person that you can just tell he is a soldier and a good man just by looking at him, and seeing his eyes.
