Positive Feedback:

- I was one of the co-producers and I've received wonderful feedback. I wanted to share some of the comments with everyone here. Sorry they have to remain anonymous:

"WOW! I can't even express to you in words how amazed I am with this LipDub! I've shared it with absolutely everyone I know. My colleagues at the Vancouver Foundation are absolutely impressed. Great job team and I hope you can feel really proud of getting so many people from your school out for this video and to inspire everyone around you with the green efforts you are all making. I am so happy that this video turned out so well for you and Pull Focus has done a great job."

"Your kids' Lipdub moved me to tears with their overwhelming positive energy, passion, & commitment to both creating the video and the environment. They are the diametric opposite of the stereotypical teenager who sits in their room and doesn't care about anything (which we know doesn't actually exist!). How refreshing to see kids so tuned in to how cool what they're doing actually is."

"Your Green Team's lipdub just crossed my desk and I think it is fantastic! Congratulations to your team! It is fun and very connected to the whole school green spirit."

"Saw the lip dub and loved it! Awesome job organizing that :)"

  • I think half of these commenters are missing the point of this video. I go to this school and I was in this video, and there was no segregation, nor were we "awkward" kids "hired" to be in this video. We're not actors, we're not used to spending time in front of the camera. So stop being racist and saying 'that asian guy" or "this white guy", and stop pointing out every single, little mistake you see, this video's not perfect, cause we're just kids, doing what we can to promote dreaming green!

  • Simply Amazing... People are gonna talk they are gonna point out every little thing just because they were not a part of it.. But dont get discouraged coz this is really something special ya'll put together.... years after you graduate when you look back at this.... just imagine .... Oh boy!!! ......KEEP IT UP!!!!

  • I really love this video because it reminds me of all the good things we have done over the past years at david thompson im a student here and all my friends love it so thank you dt!!! good work

  • Nicely made

  • @wkozaa123 I don't have a class with fredrich. :P

  • @jinxed445 WE SHOULD SERIOUSLY MAKE A LIPDUB OF OUR OWN.. SOMEONE FROM FREDRICH'S CLASS SHOULD.

  • I go to Killarney.. But I'd say this is the best performance I've ever seen. :)

  • how many of these people would be snitches in a court case

  • I go to DT this is amazing guys :D Some of the kids are really shy but good for them for participating at all :D

  • I'm one of the finalists in the Tyee's short film contest, and I'm actually voting for this video by David Thompson students--it impressed me by its choreography, shooting, editing, and the energy of the students. I hope this video gets wide distribution on YouTube and through the school system. Not so much for its message--we all know that recycling is "good" and throwing stuff out is "bad"--but for its exuberant display of the best part of being young, optimistic, and engaged with the world.
