I want to make sure that all who watch this video know I'm NOT taking credit for filming this video. It was shot by WB Video Proudctions (http://www.railfanvideo.com/catalog/vie wall.aspx). I have no intent of infrenging on somebodys copyright. I only wish to share these clips with fellow railfans who appreciate these shots for what they are.

  • 4 axle units as mid train helpers? Thats awesome. I thought the Chessie System does that only.

  • me to i agree! wow

  • lol the vhs is so blurry it looks like the helpers are riding on an asphalt road instead of track and roadbed

  • Now that's a TRAIN!!!

  • As do I. They're a thing of the past unfortunatly.

  • Good eye! All Gp-30/35/ and mostly 40's. Fast 40's the Grande call 'em, used 'em on the T.O.F.C's. Pretty much on helper service too.

  • Notice, no 6-axles on a coal train in the mountains.
