well, there have been some Rachel players winning but those are few.

I've never seen such a huge nerf in any game before, it's crazy.

I know I probably won't be able to get much help over Youtube, but does anyone have any tips for using Tao's Cat Spirit 2 at the end of each juggle combo? If I'm calling it the wrong thing, I basically mean that quick and fast horizontal kick move she does in midair. I can't seem to pull it off and when I do it's always too late and the opponent is already on the ground. :( I might just need to practice on my timing, but the move itself is hard to dish out for me after juggling.

holy crap....the anouncers/narrator person's voice sounds crazy annoying in this one>< plus it sounds like the voice actors for Taokaka & Noel are diff from Calamity Trigger....but the change to Taokaka's Cat Spirirt 2 to horizontal instead of vertical seems to be very effective....good thing i main TaokakaXD

It's sad to see Rachels get a combo off with a three-pole Baden Baden Lily and still not be able to break 3k. She's not useless, but she's not too far off either.

Noel on the other hand is still actually pretty good. The problem with her now is her safe attacks prorate like crazy while her unsafe ones are what she needs to do damage. She also lost 6C loops in exchange for a faster chain revolver if I'm not mistaken.

Well, there was Sean in Street Fighter III. In 2nd Impact, he was one of the top characters in that game. But when 3rd Strike came in, he was knocked all the way down to bottom tier. So Rachel's following suit to biggest nerf in fighting game history.
