A tribute to the relationship between the three men, Lewis would like to stand on his own but his recollections of Morse haunt him. I OWN NO COPYRIGHT!!!

@yamifannetje I did read an interview with Kevin Whately not so long ago where he said that Hathaway is, in some ways, supposed to be like a young Morse. He's a sort of modern generation Morse I think!

I have to say I was a bit taken aback when I heard that they were going to to a spin-off om Morse But i have to say they have exceeded my expectation. I was sad when I head John had died, but was sad was he died frm the same thing that took my MOM and grandfather ( her dad )

I take it Morse would have got perfectly along with Hathaway too. He's so different from Lewis but it wouldn't have been the same, though. And I'm sure Morse would have been so proud on Lewis who he had seen changing and growing to the experienced, great inspector and the strong man he has become.

I was honestly a bit sceptical when they said they were doing a spin-off from Morse, with Lewis, but it is just fantastic. Have just ordered the box set and am looking forward to series 5! Thank you for this. Will also own up to a "wierd" crush on Lewis, has definitely aged well!

Inspector Morse is the one of the best detective shows of all time. Morse was unique and I love characters like him who stand out. I would like to see Inspector Lewis take inspiration from Inspector Morse in future episodes.

Loved Morse and now following Lewis and Hathaway. Great series all! An Inspector Lewis episode showed him almost getting run down by, what looked like, Morse's red Jag. Quite the look on Lewis' face!.
