@missmarclair The Persona games, which Catherine might be in the timeline of, tend to have mythological figures and deities taking an interest in or outright interfering with the modern world. I just took a guess, and there's a fair chance I'm off the mark.

so that was retarded, I know nothing about this game, and am actually turned off of the product by such a pointless trailer. it didn't even show any gameplay. or did it?

@Edgehead1132 It does. The brief scene of Vincent evading the chainsaw is gameplay.
I'll be honest though, the gameplay doesn't look like much to write home about. It's a puzzler with visual novel elements. I think this is one to experience for atmosphere and story.
