This is part of the January Bar-barians forum challenge (http://www.bar-barians.com). This part of the challenge calls for a maximum handstand hold on the floor and/or on the push-up bars or the parallel bars.
I've really gotten into handstands over the last few years, but I've never tested myself on how long I could hold one for. Thanks to Bar-barian Metin (LittleBeastM) for this challenge.
I'm hovering just under the 1 minute mark, so I'm looking to crack the 1 minute mark soon, and hopefully a lot more!
Could you please send me a PM with some tips about the handstand? I'm really struggling. Cheers.

@TheTomFitness Not much to tell you Tom. I used YouTube to get tips on handstands, but the best way is to use the wall as your training wheel. Kick up to the wall and use it to get your balance. If you fall backward, the wall is there, and if you fall forward, you just land on your feet. Also use the wall to build up your endurance. Good luck!

@SrMorens Thanks for your comments. If you check YouTube for handstand tutorials and FitnessFAQs you can find enough stuff to get you going on handstands. Good luck!
