P1: Clean 80# sandbag, run 25m, drop bag to ground Clean to other shoulder, run back, 25m 2 hits to 100m target, kneeling position 2 hits to 150m target, prone position
P2: Swing 16kg kettlebell until P1 done
Switch positions. Each player does each position 3x
So whats the Bio on these guys are they military or what....looks like alot of fun tho
