How about: a helicopter company known for doing movies and commercial filming was... doing movie and commercial filming! No MIB, no NWO, no nothing required for a personally reasonable explanation.
If you're a real "9/11 researcher" go pull the flight plan for this helicopter on this day. It's public domain.

This is the dumbest video I've seen all day!
We see a Eurocopter AS350 with a camera, then a similar (same?) helicopter without the camera. In the shot of the helicopter without the camera, you can clearly see the tail number: N350SC

Here you can see pictures of it in a Nelly Furtado photo shoot, chasing a race truck with a camera, and with Discovery channel markings. NWO? I think not!

@DrivinWest We did it was rented out to the FEDs that day... and there were two choppers in the video.
