@Woberer At this point, there had been a lawsuit where legally, CART could not call themselves IndyCar. This organization was last called "IndyCar World Series" in 1996, and then again later in the 2000's. The records are currently shared by the current IndyCar Series, but this was not IndyCar, it was CART. I wish the history of the sport were less complicated, but thank Tony George for ruining that, and a lot of other things.
