@maxiserra yo tomo Thermonex, te da energia extra y te "despierta" aunque personalmente tomando 2 pastillas en la mañana me dura el efecto 2 días, lo malo es que no te deja dormir bien xk sigues en "alerta" despues de tomarlo. Eso del famoso "efecto rebote" es un mito, eso depende si tu sigues haciendo dieta y ejercitandote, si dejas de hacerlo obviamnt subiras de peso nuevamente, saludos
