Yeah, I spoke with some 7 Line T/Os that my uncle knew and they said the switch will be made once the R142As are CBTC ready along with the entire flushing line. They might order some extra R142A B End cars for the 7, but no one knows yet

does the 4 and 6 line still use R62s??? i havnt seen one on those lines in ages.

Not anymore, however, the 7 line will get the 6 lines R142As while the 6 gets the 7 lines R62As, 7 line will be prepped for CBTC in the future
