Joe POV
I was so happy to hear that Kelsey had just been trying to make me jealous. She explained how Kevin had asked her to be his girlfriend, but she turned him down because she still loved me. I looked at her sleeping peacefully in my arms as I smiled. She really was beautiful. I stroked her cheek and put her hair behind her face. She stirred slightly but continued to sleep. I dont want to leave her in four days. I mean I just got her back, four days isnt long enough. She slowly opened her eyes and stretched and looked at me.
Kelsey: how long have I been asleep?
Joe: well we both slept for 4 hours, but you had an extra 20 minutes.
She sat up.
Kelsey: Im so sorry. I mean we only have a few days-
I cut her off and kissed her softly.
Joe: lets not think about that. Lets think about whats going on right now.
She smiled slightly.
Kelsey: ok. So Rockstar? What did you have in mind?
Joe: Uh, oh I know, lets go take a walk in central park.
Kelsey: Alright. Let me just grab my phone.
She got up and grabbed her phone. She held her hand out to me to help me up. I must say for such a small bed, it was extremely comfortable. I took her hand and we left to go to central park. It was a warm day but partly cloudy. When we reached the park we just held hands walking in silence. I didnt really know what to say. Words couldnt describe how I felt.
Kelsey: So how has the tour been going?
Joe: great. Its always fun performing.
Kelsey: theres a talent show at the end of the program. Record labels, and talent scouts are going to be there. The winner, will probably get a record deal of some sort, and a cash prize.
Joe: I bet youll win.
Kelsey: I dont know if Im going to enter.
Joe: why not?
Kelsey: because, i- I just dont know if my song is good enough. I have been working on one in particular, but I dont know if it would win.
Joe: well if you have that attitude you wont. Kelsey you have to try. You have no idea how talented you really are.
Kelsey: yeah well not everyone is a famous rock star like you Joe; its easy for you to say.
She walked ahead of me. What was her problem?
Joe: what is your deal?
I jogged ahead of her.
Kelsey: nothing. Never mind.
She continued to walk as I stood behind her confused. She turned around.
Kelsey: Are you coming?
I shook my head at her.
Joe: what is up with you? I mean i know Ive only seen you for 7 hours since you left, but you dont seem like the Kelsey I knew.
Kelsey: what is that supposed to mean?
Joe: youre a lot moodier than you were.
Kelsey: oh thanks. Well Im sorry.
She turned around and started walking again. I caught up with her again walking in silence to afraid to say anything afraid that if I did she would snap at me. what is up with her? I grabbed her hand but she still didnt look at me.
Joe: can I hear your song??
Kelsey: I guess, but I want everyone to hear it with you.
Joe: ok.
I kissed the side of her head. I wish I knew what was going on with her. We called everyone and told them to meet us at Jennas apartment. When we got there Kelsey sat down with her guitar. Everyone gathered around to hear her song.
Kelsey: uh, this song is actually about sort of about Angela. I saw small tears form in Angelas eyes.
She walks to school with the lunch she packed
