Interstate 66 in Arlington, VA was closed for 30 minutes on 7/1/09 as police, secret sevices and thousands of Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia commuters waited for OBAMA to make his trek back into D.C. - Notice he was driving in the Presidential SUVs' ----nice fuel economy OBAMA!!!

It's entirely a safety measure, and again, for every president we've had, the Secret Service and state police will close off the on-ramps to prevent traffic from being anywhere near the presidents vehicle.
