Indeed. That whole stretch from about 3:10 on amply demonstrates what makes this cat so amazing. The only people who just pop it in supertight like that and still work the EQs like a weaver's loom are Derrick Carter and Mark Farina. It's like they create new syncopation patterns by working those knobs with surgical precision. There are some good djs in the world, but very few who create something new with every mix.
