the young Elvis...all imitators can find themselves somethingelse to do..imitators are nothing to listen to/at.on a cd they are all sounded false and wrong in many ways...Elvis on Cd-Lp-Ep is always the greatest to listen to/at.imitators focus tooo much on other things then voice and singing way etc

I would hardly say that his recordings from Stax and American sound anything like his Sun Records recordings. Elvis only performed selected hits from the 50's because his fans wanted to hear it. Off stage he only recorded what he really wanted to sing and what would suit his voice.
