Thanks for your reply. I wish they had more of that part on the soundtrack. I've, since reading your post, listened to Mombasa more closely and heard the part this time. Thus I reordered the song and edited some to create my own rendition that contains the part for effectively (in my opinion, obviously).

Arthur is using the Bushmaster Adaptive Combat Rifle with a precision sight. Combined with it's increased sights, that should be able to make his shot accurate. He's failing to hit targets in a dream. Pretty sad, imagine that in reality. He would suck 10-fold.
