Usually this is true but not always. We've owned/bred both mules & horses for many decades. For 15 years we owned a 14.2 hand Morgan stallion who could stand next to a 5' fence & jump it flat footed like a mule. Our last foal by him was sired when he jumped the fence *again* (the hot wire on top wasn't hot for some reason). Trainers didn't believe us - the first time we left him with one, by the end of the week he'd jumped out of a stall over the dutch door w/o a scratch. Yes his foals jump, too

hinnys tend to be more horsey in the head than mules. A horse body with donkey head typically means mule

Mules aren't horses.
They jump from standstill.
Its the way they are formed in muscle and bone.

If you freeze-frame it at 0:27 you'll see perfect hunter form... how neat!

The mule has a very bad space befor the jump, but the mule is very cute abd talented !:D
Mules have a different muscle structure than horses which allows them to be able to jump heights from a standstill where horses need a distance.

lol. horses cant do that, they have to have room to run and take off. only mules can jump like that
