Obama is a liar. He denied ObamaCare would impose any taxes on the middle class. His lawyers argued to the Supreme Court that it is a tax and therefore valid under Congress's taxation powers. The Chief Justice ruled that it is a tax and upheld ObamaCare as such, noting that it would not be Constitutional under the commerce power.

So, the Supreme Court accepted the administration's argument that it is a tax and upheld it.

Now, Obama lies again denying it is a tax.

he also promised that he would create a universal health care system and to provide for that taxes will go up, romney has already hinted in an interview with 60 minutes that he had no plans to increase taxes on the extremly wealthy and lower them on the middle class, when asked about his plan he just went on bashing obama instead of talking about the real issues. focus on the real issues
