When selecting a wedding

photographer you need to

remember, there are many

styles of wedding

photography.

You want to make sure

that you interview a

photographer and ask them

what style they use.

Some photographers only

know how to shoot

candids, otherwise known

as photojournalism.

Others are only

traditional photographers

shooting in color and

mostly posed.

Still others learn more

towards random, which is

generally used by

amateurs that don't know

how to photograph a

wedding. Let's look at

some of the styles.

What I recommend is that

you find a photographer

that shoots both

traditional and

photojournalistic.

This gives you the best

of both worlds.

You will get all the

posed images of your

family and friends,

as well as great behind

the scenes shots that you

would have missed.

This is best captured by

having two photographers

at your wedding.

Any good photographer

offers this option with

their services.

By having a second

shooter at your wedding,

you will get not only the

great shots that you are

posing for

but also the shots that

you don't even know are

happening.

It does cost a little

more for a second shooter

but it is worth every

penny.
