exactly? if they get warrants, then where did the warrantless wiretap scandal come from i wonder? oh and btw, the average american breaks at least one law every 30 mins. that is more than just us who choose to partake in the Holy Sacrament regardless of whether it is legal or not. that is laws that most people have no clue even exist yet carry harse penalties. such as how you can get 18 mos in prison for spitting in AL, it is absurd but those kinds of laws exist in all 50 states.
