Please FIFA do not introduce video technology. Bad decisions by the referee also affect lower league clubs, who will probably not benefit from the technology. Instead of video technology, we should be concentrating on punishing divers, racists, etc.

There is a simple reason why FIFA and UEFA insist on not having technology to aid referees when it comes to making difficult decions. The reason is that it leaves space for incidents such as that involving Henry. Whether you like it or not, some games are fixed up to a certain extent. If video tech is introduced, then FIFA / UEFA will no longer have the chance to fix games or allow for so called controversial decisions to get them to the result which they want. God damn it Alex, just do it the way they do in rugby union, have a 4th official with access to the camera replays on call by the referee using his mic and ear piece- he can stay where he is and just ask the 4th official to check it for him then let him know if its a yay or nay. Its stairing everyone in the face like a cream pie!
