OTRS in 60 seconds. New Ticket Toolbar Links in OTRS 3

I am trying out how to add a new link in the toolbar that will open new module. Can you help me get more information on how to?

Did you know that if you set OpenMainMenuOnHover to "Yes" in the SysConfig, the menu opens on hover, not on Click. This makes creating a new ticket again a 1-click option.
