Distin foul on Ronaldo

I dunno about this situation but for me it looked like physical play and Ronaldo was instantly going down because he wanted the foul. This is how I think but that was physical play. Not a tackle. Ronaldo is always going down too easy. He deserved a yellow card there.

I think its a penalty. If it happend on the half way line the referee would have blown. Distin is not entitled to the ball its not a 50-50 challenge. He has blatently obstructed Ronaldo from getting to the bi-line and crossing it. Ronaldo did go down easy and the reputation does not help him.
