The Wizard of Oz is Jambi the Genie? That opening narration makes him sound like a creepy predator. How bizarre that Dorothy's movements are briefly rotoscoped at 4:08 and yet the rest of this is some pretty crummy limited animation.

@FeriBlackadder391 I'm not sure when this was made, as I can't find any information about the making of it. Cartoon expert Jerry Beck doesn't even know when or where this came from.
