Egypt's missing students - 13 Aug 07

The families of three young Egyptian students - who've been missing for three weeks - are accusing the police of abducting them.

Egyptian officials say the men, thought to be members of the Muslim Brotherhood, are being held for reasons of national security.

Hallo, i'm from Russia. Really very sorry about this story with students. In my country the police is the same as in Egypt. Well, i hope one day our countries will be free from such people.

My parents told that in the 60-70ies people in Russia were afraid to tell that they are unhappy and dissatisfied with their life. Now the situation has changed.

What about the students, i hope everything will be ok. I really want to hope.

But i dont know what is the Muslim brotherhood? Terrorists?

good thats what they get for being part of the muslim brotherhood, i hope the muslim brotherhood burns in hell every single one of them. I dont get it they're not allowed to practice as an organization so why wont they obey and stop, good, i hope they all die cuz they gonna ruin egypt more than it already is!

well i am Egyptian and i can tell you unfortunately there will be so long years before this occur... Mubarak is holding everything by strong hand and the Egyptian people are like sheaps so afraid of every thing... the prison to my people here is their total fear!!!!

I have never seen so many police or so much security anywhere as I saw in Egypt, the guards never seem to have anything much to do, I suppose their presence is intimidating. Everyone always seemed scared, always looking over their shoulder. The ordinary people are so very poor. It is very sad to see how these people have to live.
