I think the music is from the wrong kind of Indian, lol

@believeinnothing3 - I would appreciate it very much if you can read the description and subsequent comment regarding the music before you say something. I made no claim that it was native American music.

@Bicolanostriper Well i was wondering if somehow i can consider myself native american rather than hispanic. I feel like i have been robbed of my native american ancestry and labeled as hispanic. Im related to the tribes of central america.

@Gentilejedi Did I say anything different to oppose what you mentioned? I said that a lot of them have Native American blood. Someone was laughing at the Black Indians demonstrated in the video. We have lots of ignorance and hatred in Indian country. But that is in regards to the person laughing at Black Indians. BTW, gentlejedi, I'm Native myself so nothing what you've said is new to me. I know it well.

@hwiseman1 That is another myth. Most of the Blacks with higher proportion of Native American blood, mostly come from the American Southeast. The first slaves were Indians, mostly women. Many of the men were deported to the West Indies. Also, when the African slaves were imported from Barbados to the US, (mostly males), they were in quarters with Indian women. There is heavy intermixing in SC, VA and NC, with regard to Blacks. Blacks who have significant Indian ancestry, have southern roots

@LakotaSapa I read a great book, The Only Land They Knew by J. Leitch Wright. The first slaves were the Indians, not the Black Africans. Only 5 % of slaves came from the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade. The book talks about the South East US and the interaction between Indians, Africans and Whites. There was a lot of mixing between Blacks and Indians in this region, especially NC and SC.

@911sanitarium I'm not sure I understand your situation but the Office of American Indian Affairs could probably help you with that issue. I'm not in a position to help you. Thanks for your interest though in my project.

The songs may not be native American Indian song but it is definitely ethnic. Like I said If you know of an Indian group who would allow me to use their songs, I'll be glad to use it for my upcoming projects. I got so many materials but I just don't have the music background. Please take not though, others love it the way it is. So, that's all that matters. Thanks for viewing.

I have no idea what native songs by whom, are available for music scoring or background that won't be charging me for its use. If you know something please let me know. The background I used came with the software I got from apple, so it's free.

what's with the music?

@wildnwired - I do not want to have issues with anybody regarding intellectual properties. for small projects like this i'd rather use what is readily available in the iMovie software from apple. I chose this kind of music to project ethnicity and culture that is not so strange from the subject.
