There are so many misconceptions and pre-conceived notions about Pakistan. The Western Media presents Pakistan as a dangerous, horrible, and simply poor country. However, much of this is all untrue; Pakistan is an N-11 Country (The Next Eleven Economies in the World), throughout the past years 2003-2007 Pakistan has had a GDP Growth rate over 7.0%. Pakistan is also developing it's infrastructure, and is a rising Power in Asia.

okay this is good. this exposes Pakistan's hypocrisy. WHy isn't Pkaistan diverting all these million dollar to the flood victims?! Why was its Prime Minister asking for donation from Japan, United States and EU in the beginning of the recession while going on with 1.6 billion $ F-16 buy from United States?! This is hypocrisy. Pakistan should be left for complete doom.

Buddy, these projects are ongoing projects that were planned years ago. The massive floods began recently. Understand? Money and aid is needed for flood victims and international aid is coming into Pakistan and all Pakistanis are grateful for the help. As for the F-16's don't you dare think that F-16's are a luxury! They are essential fighter jets needed to protect Pakistan from other hostile nations. The F-16 purchase was also made long before the floods began...
