Also, it helps if the table is round and not in a square shape, so if you have the possibility of choose your own area, try to opt for round tables that increase the proximity with your client, instead the square tables, that tend to create the idea of distance, and power differences.

Another thing to have in consideration is the way you use to complimment the client, if the situation or the type of clients you are working with requires more approximation, opt to compliment with a kiss, for ex.

Hi! As a social work student i really liked the video, so thanks for the tips and good information you gave :D

i just wanna add some more tips you didn't mention. Such as, sometimes it is very helpfull when entering the private area for the interview, you let the client choose first, the place (or chair) he wants to sit at, and wait for him to choose, then you should sit near him, not too close or too far, normally you should sit rigth in front.
