http://www.donnetempo.com December, 2009 -- Donne Tempo writer Jacquie Kubin visits Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri (MO) and enjoys a musical adaptation of A Dickens' Christmas Carol. Here is a sampling of the wonderful singing, music, sets and effects.
It's embarassing to cry in a crowded theatre, but everytime I see this show, I can't help but shed a tear or two!
Other than the Birth of Christ, this is my favorite Christmas story!!

The Scrooge who sings is my buddy David. We went to college together and that guy is a fantastic performer. His wife also plays the crazy flying ghost sometimes, though I didn't see her in these clips.

I haven't seen this yet, but I hear it's really good, especially when Scrooge changes his ways at the end. I so want to see it next year.
