whatever it is, trust you will get thru it. Just make sure you take a step back every now and then and just breath. It was hard for me and I held it all in. NEVER do that UNLESS you manifest it into strength and powerful rooted energy that you can use to progress in life. Its hard dealing with the people of this world, but if it's even harder to not be able to live with yourself. So make sure YOU are ground from the inside out. You owe it to yourself.
