  • Franky G... I like your show. I'm interested.. Do you follow a specific diet or just go with it? What type of foods will you not eat, etc. I'm following the Paleo Blueprint and feel pretty good. Thanks.

  • @Einz2 I follow a whole food diet with big influence from raw food and westin price. I basically merge the two. I enjoy raw dairy, properly prepared grains, and local meats. A large part of my diet is locally based and I raise my own chickens and ducks for food. Large garden supports the family and we supplement with the Farmers Market.

I stay away from processed foods, refined sugars, and a few other select products.

  • @Einz2 After 4 years of following raw/vegan diet, to the point that it was more like a religion, I will no longer put myself in a dietary box. I think there are good points to take from many theories and a time and a place for all sorts of food.

  • That olive oil looks good but I dont get why its not in miron glass for the price

  • @JasonHervey Not quite sure Jason..

  • Looks delicious! Why do you cut the fat off? The sinew I get...

  • @SecretsOfLongevity There is not a lot of fat on this particular cut. I am mostly cutting off the silver skin and sinew. Some chewy pieces of fat I will trim away though..
