This reminds me of those old films in NY where the mob is on trial.

I'll keep your thought in mind and forward your input to Commissar H. Clinton. Then we'll see if you think that there should be no oversight for these detentions. The waterboarding which occurred was all before any trial. The Patriot Act defines "terrorism" very broadly and thus a terror suspect could be a pretty wide category, especially with no congressional or judicial oversight.

Did he answer anything/ Not one damn person in the Bush administration ever gives an answer to anything...in fact let me broaden that...no one n politics answers questions? I guess the job goes to their heads, and they forget who they are working for......
