I enjoyed the different ads and how they were constructed. I like how you are able to find these ads on youtube when they are clearly not on tv. I like the direction this group is going and would like to see what kind of issues they can raise concerning the spoof ads.
Very interesting, seems like there's a TON of stuff out there, a lot of it having to do with the participatory nature of Youtube and fan culture surrounding popular advertisements. Do certain brands/products get even MORE exposure/revenue thanks to their ad popularity on Youtube?
I liked the overview. I am most curious about how commercial spoofs are percieved by the original creators of the commercials, and whether people read them as anti-corporate or just as fun. I hope you guys get into that in your final piece.
Seems like there are alot of ads out there. I enjoyed the variety. Seems to be alot of spoofs of commercials.
