Whether you're interested in summer sailing programs, marine biology camps for teens, diving programs, or just the all around adventure summer programs, you've come to the right spot! SeaTrek offers tropical adventure summer camp programs for teens in the British Virgin Islands. We welcome junior high, high school, and college aged students. Voyages revolve around hands-on sailing, learning to scuba dive, and marine biology for teens. All of our educational experiences are geared toward adventure, leadership, growth, and fun. No experience is necessary! Previous sailing summer camp and scuba diving camp experience is not required. In fact, most of our students have never been sailing or scuba diving before they join our program. Exciting community service opportunities are also available.

A scuba student will be introduced to the environment by our onboard naturalist and marine biologist through a variety of marine biology camp activities. Our staff of scuba and sailing camp instructors is the best in the industry with years of experience teaching and guiding all over the world. Our Marine Science Programs are also available on each trek and each voyage to anyone who is interested in them.
SeaTrek students live and play onboard one of several 45 foot catamaran sailing yachts equipped with the latest safety equipment and onboard technology.

You'll get personal instruction during every aspect of the voyage -- from raising the sails to tying up your hammock at night. Our staff is highly motivated to ensure you get the most out of your time with us.
SeaTrek offers tropical adventure programs for high school and college aged students. Voyages revolve around hands-on sailing, scuba diving, and marine biology explorations. All of our educational experiences are designed for adventure, growth and fun. No experience is necessary. Most previous sailing adventure students have never sailed or scuba dived before.

We offer three-week adventures at five different levels, Trek 1-Trek 5, exploring the island chain above and below. While learning to scuba dive you will also be lead by our onboard naturalist and biologist on a variety of experiences. Our team of scuba instructors are the best in the industry with years of experience teaching and guiding all over the world.

About Your Summer Sailing Camp Captains

Monk and Kat bring a wealth of knowledge about the sea, scuba diving and youth education to SeaTrek. Both hold United States Coast Guard 100 Ton Masters Licenses and both are Instructor Trainers for the National Association of Underwater Instructors, CPR/1st Aid Instructors, and Divers Alert Network (DAN) Oxygen First Aid Instructors.
Captain Monk has over 20 years of experience on Live-aboard dive vessels, having worked in the Bahamas, the US and British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Honduras, Mexico, Florida, Australia, Costa Rica and Hawaii. He has developed and directed several school age diving programs in conjunction with Texas A&M University and San Jacinto College. Monk worked extensively with Texas A&M's Biology Department and The Flower Gardens National Marine Sanctuary as a research diver and dive supervisor.

Captain Kat has a BS in Physical Geography from the University of Michigan where she is presently continuing her education in pursuit of a teaching certificate in Earth Science. She is our resident expert on island formation and geology, our Photo Pro and a bit of a historian. She is an avid sailor, having several years of experience with world class live-aboard dive vessels and working in the Great Lakes, Florida, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands and Hawaii.
